Rabbi Miller is indeed a true baal mussar and helps bring to light a very sensitive, hard, but most important topic. His writing is very down to earth and easily understandable. WHEN READING ONE DOESN'T FEEL UNDER ATTACK OR REBUKED RATHER ONE FEELS AS THOUGH BEING HELD CLOSE BY A DEAR FRIEND.
