The pastoral boarding school near Tiberias is roiling with emotion and turbulence as each of its twenty-eight young students struggles with his own past, present, and future. In this moving portrayal of the inner lives of these young adults, the author paints a vivid picture of the myriad challenges we all face in life, showing the courage and strength for overcoming these difficulties that lies within the characters--and our own selves.

Can Koby ever recover from his terrible, guilty secret?

How will Aryeh, a pampered only child, react when he finds himself utterly abandoned?
