About the author:
Mordechai Sopher is a dedicated fitness professional and educator with a passion for helping others achieve their health goals. With over a decade of experience, he has honed his skills as a men’s fitness trainer and physical education teacher at several yeshiva high schools. Growing up in Los Angeles as a multi-sport athlete, Mordechai had the opportunity to compete at a high level.
After serving in the IDF infantry and becoming a baal teshuvah through Aish HaTorah, Mordechai continued to pursue his athletic endeavors, representing Israel on the national football team and participating in numerous marathons and ultra marathons. His dedication to fitness and his love for teaching led him to become a coach and mentor, and he is committed to helping others reach their full potential, both physically and spiritually, in his work as a fitness trainer, educator and author.
